How to Reset iCloud Password If You Forgot It
If you have forgotten your iCloud password so you can't log in to your iCloud account or access Apple services & features with your Apple ID password, please follow the instructions below to reset iCloud password and get back to your iCloud account.
Email, password and security questions.
#1. Please visit your Mac browser's Apple ID account page and hit "Apple ID or password forgotten." Please follow the measures for two-authentication instead if you are asked to verify your phone number.
